Lancaster Bomber Print "Operations On" By Robert Taylor, 1982. Operations On was commissioned by Bomber Command Aircrew to celebrate Arthur T. The print is signed by Arthur T. Harris, Marshal of the Royal Air Force and Commander of Bomber Command. The print shows the last few moments as Lancaster crews gather, to crew up and and head out on their night operations assaulting the Ruhr Valley.
