Hartmann is shown in his Messerschmitt Me109 G-6 with other pilots of JG-52 hurtling into the attack. Erich Hartmann is the highest scoring fighter Ace in the Second World War with 352 aerial victories having flown over 1400 combat missions on the Eastern Front.
